Custom design, built as fast static pages with a content layer your own staff can operate. No page builder, no monthly licence, no plugin that breaks on update.

Designed for you. Layouts built around your actual programs and audiences, not a theme with your logo dropped in.
Content you control. Text, news, events and contact details live in plain files anyone on staff can edit.
Fast by construction. Static pages on a global edge network. Nothing to keep warm, nothing to patch.
Accessible. Real semantics, keyboard navigation, sensible contrast, tested on phones.
Free to host. Static sites run at no monthly cost on the infrastructure we set up.

Web applications

When a website is not enough and you need software. Accounts, permissions, a database, and an interface someone can use all day without hating it.

Registration and intake. Forms that validate, store, notify and export, instead of emailing a spreadsheet around.
Dashboards. Internal views of your own data, built for the people who actually read them.
Admin tooling. The unglamorous screens staff live in. We take these as seriously as the public pages.
Data pipelines. Scheduled jobs that fetch, clean and store, so the numbers are current without anyone remembering to update them.

Real-time systems

The hard category. Multiple people, one shared state, and the server has to be the authority on what is true. We have built and audited this, including the security review.

Server-authoritative state. Outcomes decided and validated server side, so nothing can be altered from a client.
Live synchronisation. Everyone sees the same thing at the same instant, with sane behaviour when a connection drops.
Verifiable fairness. Where outcomes matter, they can be proven after the fact rather than taken on trust.
Concurrency that holds. Two people acting on the same record at the same moment is a design problem, not a bug to patch later.

Print and identity

Drawn from the same design system as the site, so the organization looks like one organization on a screen, on a card and on a table at an event.

Business and ID cards. Print-ready, with bleed and crop marks, sent straight to your printer.
Brochures and handouts. Built from the same content as the website, so the two never disagree.
Automated output. Print files generated from the design system, which means a reprint after a phone number change takes minutes.

Pricing

Flat fee, written scope.

Every project is quoted as a single number against a written scope before any work starts. That number does not move unless you ask for something that was not in it. Ongoing care is a separate monthly arrangement, and it is optional. You are never charged for hosting we did not have to pay for.
